It ain’t easy being out of the line of sight for most of the world. British Columbia is far from most population areas — no, not as far as Alaska, Hawaii or New Zealand, but far enough to teach us a thing or two about distance and fickle near-polar conditions.
Fabi VA2UP asked me to pen a perspective from the West Coast, looking at what we do that may be different from the tactics of contest stations located further East.
